THIRD CHRISTMAS GATHERING:
The third Christmas gathering was actually our own little family on Christmas morning. We had SUCH a wonderful, relaxing & peaceful time together. Our church had a Christmas eve service the night before and passed out DVD's they had made and recorded our pastor giving different messages for families without children, families with children and empty nesters and also guests. That way we could all stay home with our families Christmas morning and watch this devotional together and worship together in our homes. Of course I always miss being in church but I have to say it was a really neat idea and we loved being able to relax and take our time in the morning and sit around after breakfast and watch the devotional message by our pastor. We let Isaac open one present the night before, which was his Christmas pj's! In the morning we actually woke him up haha and cuddled together in our bed with him for a bit before heading downstairs. We first made our breakfast casserole together and while it was baking we opened our stockings and Annabelle's stocking and was touched by the things people wrote and did in remembrance of Annabelle. We then ate breakfast while watching the Grinch and then did our devotional DVD and then we unwrapped our presents! We had a beautiful morning! Here are some pictures from it...

| We get him 3 gifts each year because Jesus got 3 gifts, 1 each from each of the 3 wisemen! This was his big gift, which was the little people barn set! |

| You cannot tell from the picture but he was so excited with his barn characters and sesame street characters that he started tickling them all and rolling them all around his hands and smiling and laughing real big, it was so cute. It was like he didn't know what to do or how to handle it! ;0) |

FOURTH CHRISTMAS GATHERING:
Our fourth one was the BIG Starkey family gathering and it was so much fun and the food was AMAZING! We had melt in your mouth brisket with lots of yummy sides like spinach casserole and mash potatoes and then for dessert we had Christmas treats and Heath torte. Isaac has lots of cousins closer to his age on the Starkey side so he loved watching them and following them around, which was so cute!
