Americans spend 450 billion dollars a year on Christmas. To educate, feed, and get clean water to all the children in the world it would only take 46 billion. Which leaves 404 billion left over to spend on Christmas just in the US.
I know people say we won't be able to accomplish this because its too big of a problem and not enough people will chip in BUT if ONE BY ONE you, me and others who read this, realize we REALLY can make a difference & decide to even just purchase ONE LESS gift this year and instead donate it to organizations that provide education, meals & water to children & orphans around the world...just imagine the BIG indent we could make!
