Mystery adoption easter basket...

So Saturday night I was rolling out fondant for a cake while Jim was on the computer. All of a sudden we heard the doorbell ring and we both are thinking, who in the world would be coming over this late at night! So Jim answered the door and found an easter basket with a note attached. A minute or so later we see this car in the dark night drive off honking!

Whoever you are that did this for us, THANKS! It made our night to get this little surprise. What great friends we have!

Inside the easter basket was a sweet note that read..."Happy Easter! We are so excited for your upcoming adoption. The both of you are such Godly people and will make excellent parents. We love you, ?"

How sweet is that!  Inside the basket was candy, baby teether rings, Pampers sensitive baby wipes, OSU brutus the buckeye baby slippers, a baby OSU hat and our favorite....a bib that says..."I slobber scarlet and gray"!  How cute is that!  Here's a pic of the basket...

We just had to share this with you all as it made our night!

We are well on our way of filling out all our new paperwork and today I started on our profile!  Tomorrow I need to call around and find a child-care class to take and CPR classes!  Friday and Saturday from 10-4 and 9-4 are our meetings where we will learn lots of information!
