LIVER TRANSPLANT
BENEFIT…
My uncle Steve has been
suffering from a terrible liver disorder that is hereditary. His father and
grandfather both had it and passed away from it. Uncle Steve is on a liver
transplant list now BUT in order to have the surgery he needs to get his teeth
removed (risk of infection and they have to limit all risks of infection) and
the cost of that ALONE is $2,300 and that’s not even including getting him
dentures. Then the cost of the surgery itself is CRAZY…like hundreds of thousands
of dollars and insurance WILL NOT cover it all. So we are having his first
fundraiser coming up here VERY SOON on May
19th.
Our family is
putting it together and it’s going to be a spaghetti dinner with a silent
auction also.
So I have a few things to ask of you…
FIRST…PLEASE PRAY
FOR HIM AND FOR THE FUNDS TO BE RAISED
SECOND…PLEASE consider coming to the benefit and having
some yummy spaghetti, seeing our family and supporting my uncle (even if you
don’t know him).
THIRD…PLEASE even if you don’t like spaghetti, come for
the silent auction OR IF YOU HAVE A BUSINESS, MAKE THINGS OR HAVE ANYTHING YOU
WOULD LIKE TO DONATE TO THE SILENT AUCTION PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP!
Any help will do and if
you can’t do any of the above, you can stop by ANY Mechanic’s bank and donate
cash/check to Nina Reeder’s GREEN account and that
will go 100% towards uncle Steve’s medical costs.
He is an AMAZING,
wonderful man that loves the Lord and has been through A LOT, so he REALLY
needs all of us, whether you know him or not, to come behind him and support
him, encourage him and bless him…EVEN IF IT’S JUST A DOLLAR!
