Adoption picnic & zoo day!

Saturday was a blast. We had such a wonderful family day. We first went to our adoption annual reunion picnic that the adoption agency we used to adopt Isaac has each year. It is so much fun and was even better this year than last because Isaac was only a few months old last year and couldn't really do anything but this year he was running around everywhere and got his face painted and got a cool puzzle and played with the hula hoops. He even tried to give a little boy a kiss (Isaac is so affectionate). The face paint lady was so talented, she said she usually didn't do children under 2 but she would do something simple on Isaac and see how he would do. He totally shocked and amazed Jim and I with how completely still he was. He did such an amazing job. Her work was far from simple and on the older children it was even more elaborate, she was the best face painter I have ever seen. After the picnic we went to the zoo since we have a family membership and it was fall fest that day. We were late to the jack hanna show (he was there that day) but we did get to see him talk a little bit. We went to a puppet show they had too. We didn't get to stay too long because Isaac was really tired but we still had a great time and looking forward to going back for the Boo fest at the end of October. Here are some pictures from our day...
