ADOPTION UPDATE! :)

So first before I share our update for our adoption, I want to share with you the update on our Puzzle Piece Fundraiser!

It's been TWO WEEKS now since we started the PUZZLE PIECE FUNDRAISER! At the end of week 1 we had 55 pieces and at the end of week 2 we have a total of 67 pieces! :)

It's been fun taking pictures of each family's puzzle piece(s) and sharing it with them once they donate! I put each puzzle on the board as they come in as well and have been praying for the families who are helping us because you will never know how much this means to us!

There are THREE ways you can donate! Go to www.youcaring.com/StarkeyAdoption and securely give via the website using credit/debit card, paypal it to aprilcstarkey@gmail.com or mail/give a check to us. Contact me for the address!

Each puzzle piece is $10 each and you can donate as many as you'd like! We will be putting them in a double sided frame once all 500 pieces are done, so that we can turn it around from time to time and show the kids who all helped build our family <3 p="">

So we have some good news to share! Thank you all for praying for us as we were deciding on what to do agency wise as we realized we wanted to get on a few waiting lists for various reasons! Through really great circumstances we were introduced to the agency Hope Embraced based out of South Carolina. Little did we know that once we sent in our pre-app, the director wrote back and shared how where we live is actually her hometown. She grew up and went to the local christian school where our family is involved at, and went to church or did other things with many people we know. It was so fun to see all the connections we had and little did we know when we signed up with her agency that we would have this connection and both know so many of the same people! Many other neat things she shared just helped confirm it in my heart that God was leading us to go this way with this agency as well as Choosing Hope Adoptions which we are still with!

So now our two agencies we are with are Choosing Hope Adoptions and Hope Embraced Adoptions! I LOVE how the word HOPE is in both of them <3 nbsp="" p="">

We are so excited! We cannot wait for our family to grow and we cannot wait to see who God has planned for our family!
